It is important for the participants to be aware that all the modalities of presentation - Oral Communication, Panel, Short Courses, Interactive Forums, Author Hour and Artistic Presentations - will be filmed and will become part of the collection of this event, in video and text, and may also be accessed publicly by electronic medias. This initiative is compatible with modern political of free diffusion of scientific knowledge and aims to promote the exchange of information among the international gestalt community, to document the history of our approach and to disseminate this approach fostering its development.
Thus choosing any of the activities mentioned above, the participant assumes the risk of having their image captured and authorizes it to be published in the above forms. If the participant, for some personal reason, has any restriction on having his image documented we advise them to restrict their choices to workshops. These activities will be available for most of the duration of the conference and will not be documented in video.
As from the XIV International Gestalt Therapy Congress, we will constitute an International Center of Documentation for our approach. This center will follow patterns similar to those that already have been developed in Brazilian Gestalt Therapy.
Obs: If necessary, the videos will be edited in order to respect confidentiality criteria, ethics and copyright according to the law and the Brazilian ethics code of psychologists. Eg: images of children, attendance reports and music requiring copyright will be taken from the videos in the versions available to the public.

In this event, we will have simultaneous activities performed on May 29th and 30rd. Please, set in order of priority your activities choices, available in the schedule.
Find bellow the criteria that will define which presentations the participant could attend:
2 - If the participants declare their selves able to understand one of the two languages that will be used in the activity with consecutive translation (in this activities we will have consecutive translation to just one language beside the presenter's language). Obs: the second language in these activities will be defined depending on the demand. The profile of people that look for the activity will be the determinant factor to choose the second language.
3 - Chronological order of request.
Click on the activities displayed in each of the schedules and drag them placing them according to your order of interest. Activities should be ordered from left to right and from top to bottom, so the item of greatest interest is above and to the left and the lowest interest is below and right. Choose with care and attention, your choices will have a very important role in the experience you will have in the congress.
